Delta brain waves (0.5–4 Hz) are the slowest and deepest rhythms of the mind. They dominate during dreamless, non-REM sleep, a state associated with profound restoration, physical repair, memory consolidation, and nervous-system recalibration. Delta represents the body’s most essential form of rest — quiet, slow, and deeply renewing.

The DELTA blend is crafted with sandalwood, frankincense, and lavender. Sandalwood offers a smooth, grounding warmth and contains santalols, aromatic compounds often described as creamy, rounded, and deeply settling in character. Frankincense brings resinous depth and a sense of spacious stillness, shaped in part by molecules such as incensole acetate and α-pinene, long associated with meditative, resin-rich woods. Lavender adds a soft floral ease through naturally occurring linalool and linalyl acetate, which lend a gentle, soothing quality to its aroma. Together, these elements create a calming, low-frequency atmosphere that supports unwinding at the end of the day and encourages a gentle transition toward rest.

Natural wax candles require a bit of attention to burn beautifully.

First burn: Allow the wax to melt fully to the edges (about 3-4 hours). This prevents tunneling and sets the candle up for an even burn over time.

Before each burn: Trim the wick to ¼ inch to reduce soot and support a steady flame.

While burning: Place on a heat-safe surface, away from drafts, children, and pets. Burn up to 4 hours at a time.

To extinguish: Use a snuffer or gently dip the wick into the melted wax to minimize smoke.

Allow the candle to cool completely before relighting or moving.

Our aluminum tins are infinitely recyclable. After your candle is finished, remove any stickers, remove the wick tab and wipe out any remaining wax before recycling with your household metals.
