Natural wax candles require a bit of attention to burn beautifully.

First burn: Allow the wax to melt fully to the edges (about 3-4 hours). This prevents tunneling and sets the candle up for an even burn over time.

Before each burn: Trim the wick to ¼ inch to reduce soot and support a steady flame.

While burning: Place on a heat-safe surface, away from drafts, children, and pets. Burn up to 4 hours at a time.

To extinguish: Use a snuffer or gently dip the wick into the melted wax to minimize smoke.

Allow the candle to cool completely before relighting or moving.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Once opened or used, items cannot be resold, and the environmental cost of shipping partially used products back and forth is significant.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Once your candle has burned down, remove the warning label on the bottom, remove the wick tab, clear out any remaining wax, and place the jar with your household glass recycling. You can also give the glass a second life holding pens or makeup brushes.
