When to Use

Reach for DELTA as you prepare for bed, settle into an evening routine, read, stretch, meditate, or anytime you want to invite greater stillness at the end of the day.

How to Use

Light your candle 30–60 minutes before settling into your space, allowing the fragrance to gradually fill the room. Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn and allow the melt pool to reach the edges of the vessel during the first burn for optimal performance. Extinguish the candle before leaving the room or going to sleep.

The Blend

DELTA combines frankincense, sandalwood, and lavender to create a fragrance that is warm, resinous, and deeply comforting. Rich woods are softened by gentle lavender, creating an aroma that feels quiet, grounded, and restorative.

The Science

Delta brain waves (0.5–4 Hz) are associated with the deepest stages of restorative sleep and physical recovery. They naturally emerge during deep, dreamless sleep, when the body carries out many of its restorative processes. DELTA was designed by a psychotherapist to translate this brain state into an intentional aromatic experience, using essential oils traditionally associated with relaxation, stillness, and restful sleep.
