Shipping
All orders are packed with care and ship within 3–5 business days. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on candles, essential oils, or aromatherapy products. Once a candle has been burned or a bottle has been opened, it cannot be resold — and the environmental cost of shipping partially used products back and forth is significant.

Our goal is to minimize waste and keep our footprint as small as possible while maintaining the highest quality standards for every customer.

If you’re unsure about a scent, we recommend starting with a petite size whenever available.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to assist and make it right.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to adjust your order before it enters fulfillment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
